Terms of Service

FPL Terminal (the “Service”) is operated by [TRADER NAME], a sole trader established in England and Wales, trading as FPL Terminal, at [TRADING ADDRESS](“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

FPL Terminal is an independent analytics tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League (FPL), any football club, or Football DataCo. All Premier League and club names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use it with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Sharing an account, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits or free-tier caps, is not permitted.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Fantasy Premier League data shown in the Service is retrieved from the publicly available official FPL API and remains the property of the Premier League. We claim no rights over it and hold no licensed or commercial data agreement.

The Service’s own outputs — expected-points projections, opinion-adjusted figures, fixture difficulty ratings, and calibration analytics — are our intellectual property. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, and may not be redistributed, resold, scraped, or republished in bulk.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond ordinary personal use;
• reverse-engineer, or attempt to reconstruct, the expected-points model or its parameters;
• redistribute, resell, or publish the Service's outputs in bulk;
• create multiple accounts or otherwise abuse the free tier;
• use the Service's outputs to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning or AI model.

Some features are free and others require a paid plan; the split and the limits of each tier are described in the Service. We may change features, limits, or pricing over time. Where a change materially affects a paying user, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect for them.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details — only billing metadata such as your plan, its status, and the Stripe identifiers needed to manage it. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately, specific rules apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

• Digital-content waiver. When you buy access, you expressly consent to the Service being made available immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day cooling-off right to cancel. This consent is given as a separate, affirmative step at checkout.
• Season pass. A season pass grants access until the end of the current Premier League season. Mid-season purchases pay the full price for the remainder of the season; access is not pro-rated.
• Monthly plan. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Monthly billing is suspended automatically at the end of the season and resumes when the next season begins, so you are not charged over the summer break — you may cancel during suspension.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances.

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Every decision you make using it is taken at your own risk. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or gambling advice.

Interpreting and structuring your written opinions — and any conversational elaboration — is done by a third-party AI model. It may misread your input or contain errors. The structured read-back exists so you can check how your opinion was interpreted; please review it. Do not rely on any output without your own judgement.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that projections or data are accurate, complete, or timely — the FPL API may be delayed or change without notice — and past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or FPL prize money, arising from your use of the Service;
• our total liability to you in connection with the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £1,000.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If you think we have done so in error, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will review it.

We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page always reflect the current terms, and we will give paying users reasonable notice of material changes.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
